Dario D’Agostino, Founder & Owner of DAMA Partners Consulting, has built a 20-year career in the hospitality industry on a strong connection with fine food and fresh produce dating back to his childhood days in the Abruzzo Region of Italy. Dario currently owns in his port folio: Nonna’s Cucina – a vibrant, casual eatery in Port Melbourne, Mama’s Boy Trattoria in the bustling streets of Brunswick, and Gertrude Grocer, a continental boutique supermarket located in Fitzroy, and many more businesses. He also founded the management companies Pizza Revolution and Pastry Revolution which assisted talented Australian chefs achieve 1st place in the 2013 World Pizza Championship in Parma, Italy and 1st place in the 2015 Coupe Du Monde de La Patisserie in Lyon, France.
